DELIVERY

Once received, orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Our standard shipping days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. For a limited time, Wofsamg is offering FREE ground shipping.

Please note, we have multiple distribution centers around the world, so your orders could be shipped from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany or China.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time varies by location.  Shipping time to United States (except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico )  is typically 3-7 days after shipped. 

 We are not responsible for delays incurred by USPS, Fed ex, DHL, UPS or any other shipping carrier. 

Shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and any other countries outside the US takes 5-15 days. 

*During the holiday season, shipping times may increase.  

Note:

1. The delivery time listed about is for reference. Actual delivery time may vary. We will try our best to deliver items ASAP. 

2. When items are out of stock, items can be shipped from our facotory after confirmation of customer, which means it will take longer than usual. It will be 8-20 days.

TAXES & DUTIES

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

The payment of these fees and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by this website. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
